Krina’s Story
Krina Patel, MPH, is a speaker, consultant, and coach who has spent her life serving vulnerable communities around the world. A former U.S. diplomat and senior strategist in philanthropy, she has supported women, marginalized populations, and crisis-affected communities across multiple regions, pairing public health expertise with a deep commitment to equity.
As a first-generation American and a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman of color, Krina brings lived experience of adversity, advocacy, and navigating systemic barriers. She has “walked the walk,” from her work in diplomacy and philanthropy to building support spaces for underrepresented professionals, which grounds her intersectional and trauma-informed approach.
Today, Krina helps neurodivergent adults hone their strengths, simplify life, access practical supports, and build aligned lives, reducing the chronic stress and burnout that can take years off their lifespans. She is particularly committed to supporting women and people of color, who are often underdiagnosed and remain severely underserved.
Krina also educates organizations on the benefits of neurodiversity, partnering with them to create cultures of wellness, inclusion, and accessibility that ultimately enhance innovation, retention, and impact for all.
Her work blends healing, connection, and systems change, bringing both compassion and credibility to individuals and institutions seeking to do better.
